Job Description:

As a Senior Solutions Implementation Consultant at ACCREVENT, you will play a crucial role in deploying and optimizing our solutions for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, configure software solutions, and ensure successful implementation to drive customer success.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements and design tailored solutions.
  • Configure, test, and deploy ACCREVENT software to meet customer needs.
  • Provide training and post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance solution effectiveness and troubleshoot issues.
  • Document best practices and contribute to process improvements.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in software implementation or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and integrations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, APIs, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
