Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Oracle FLEXCUBE Techno-Functional Consultant with 8 to 15 years of experience in OBPM (Payments), OBTR (Treasury), OBTF (Trade Finance), and FCUBS-Core modules. The candidate will lead end-to-end implementation, customization, API integrations, and solution design, ensuring optimal banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end FLEXCUBE implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Design and develop complex customizations, integrations, and automation for OBPM, OBTR, OBTF, and FCUBS-Core.
  • Work on SWIFT, ISO 20022, RTGS, SEPA, and Open Banking API integrations.
  • Provide functional and technical solutions for Payment Processing, Treasury, and Trade Finance.
  • Optimize performance tuning, data migration, and security configurations.
  • Lead discussions with business users to define system workflows and automation.
  • Handle regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and audit requirements.
  • Troubleshoot L3 production issues and provide deep-dive solutions.
  • Mentor junior consultants and ensure best practices are followed.

Technical Skills:

  • Oracle FLEXCUBE Expertise: OBPM, OBTR, OBTF, FCUBS-Core.
  • Database: Advanced Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Query Optimization.
  • Programming: Java, Web Services (SOAP/REST), API Integrations.
  • Integration & APIs: SWIFT, RTGS, NEFT, SEPA, Host-to-Host, Open Banking.
  • Customization & Extensibility: FLEXCUBE Extensibility, User Exits, PL/SQL Procedures.
  • Reporting & Data Management: BI Publisher, Data Migration, Treasury Reports.
  • Banking Interfaces: Payment Gateways, Treasury Systems, Liquidity Management.
  • Deployment & Performance: FLEXCUBE Upgrade, Patch Management, Performance Tuning.
  • Security & Compliance: Risk Assessment, Regulatory Compliance, Security Best Practices
